Ron Climer is Director and Chief Clinician of Changing Lives Resource Center. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's of Social Work from California State University, Fresno, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work through the American Board of Examiners. He is a member of the National Academy of Social Work and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Ron brings a wide range of experience to the therapeutic setting. Beyond his clinical training, he is a licensed and ordained minister who, with his wife Carol, served for many years as a missionary.

Ron has served as Field Chaplain for the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement under the State Attorney General's office and on a National Gang Task Force, and has held board positions with city, county, state, private, and nonprofit agencies. He currently serves as Head Chaplain for the Fresno County Probation Department's Juvenile Division, overseeing more than 300 volunteers and nine chaplains.

An active member of numerous professional organizations and a dedicated community advocate, Ron holds additional licenses and certifications in critical incident response, stress management, grief therapy, marriage enrichment, anger management, communications, and drug and alcohol addiction counseling.

Carol Climer is Office Administrator and Chief Financial Officer for Changing Lives Resource Center, a role she has held since the nonprofit's founding in 2015. She screens all new clients and manages scheduling for the organization.

Carol has dedicated her life to serving others, especially those walking through trauma, grief, family crisis, and difficult seasons of life. Working alongside her husband, Ron, for 53 years, she has built a reputation as someone people can turn to for compassion, encouragement, and a steady presence. For 49 years, she has organized the Juvenile Hall Christmas parties, bringing together a dozen churches and a couple hundred volunteers each year to serve and encourage the youth.

Ron and Carol regularly visit hospitals and families facing grief, loss, and crisis. Available around the clock, Carol has become a trusted source of support for countless individuals and families through her willingness to listen, pray, encourage, and comfort, consistently putting others' needs before her own. Her genuine gift for caring for people allows her to meet them where they are, offering hope and reminding them they are not alone.

Jamie Climer is Program Director for Changing Lives for Tomorrow (CLFT), where he works to make a positive difference in the lives of local youth and families. After 10 years as a Correctional Officer in juvenile justice, Jamie gained firsthand insight into the challenges facing young people, inspiring him to take a different approach: one focused on prevention, mentorship, and empowering youth before they enter the justice system.

Through CLFT, Jamie serves his local community, builds meaningful relationships with youth, and helps create pathways toward healthier choices, greater confidence, and a brighter future.

Jamal Lane is Mentoring Coordinator for Changing Lives For Tomorrow (CLFT). After graduating from Clovis West High School, he studied Criminology at College of The Sequoias in Visalia before transferring to San Francisco State University. In 2001, he returned to Fresno and began working for the Fresno Unified School District. Jamal has a passion for working with youth, and for the past 14 years has served in CLFT's mentoring and athletic program, helping make a difference in young people's lives.

Dan Bandy has been a CPA since 1986 and is the President of Bandy & Associates, Accountancy Corporation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs. Dan and his wife Cara have been married for over 30 years, have three children, three grandsons, and are active members of Trinity Southern Baptist Church in Fresno. He is also a board member of the California Baptist Foundation. When not in the office, he can be found participating in any number of competitive sports.

David Peugh has served as Senior Pastor of Cornelia Avenue Southern Baptist Church in Fresno, California since November 2011. He holds multiple degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and has served in churches in both Texas and California. A native of Amarillo, Texas, Pastor Peugh is married to the love of his life, Debbi. They are blessed with three sons.

Dr. Stephen Price, Ed.D., is co-founder of ERC, a consulting firm that specializes in grant writing, program evaluation, and research for K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities, county offices of education, and non-profit organizations.

Staci "Bri" O'Neil, who goes by her middle name, launched her construction career over 21 years ago with Jim Crawford Construction. After a decade of implementing and updating systems, she was recently promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Bri serves as the point of contact for developers and subcontractors on project billing and processing, and assists the CEO and Owner with the day-to-day running of the office.

Noel Hatcher has been Shop Foreman for Jim Crawford Construction for 26 years, specializing in heavy equipment maintenance and repair. He runs a fleet of five mechanics and lube men, supervising daily shop operations, coordinating workflow, and assigning tasks to technicians while ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. In this role, he acts as the main bridge between the Owners and the hands-on technical crew.
