Ron Climer is the Director and chief clinician for Changing Lives Resource Center.  He has a Bachelor of Social Work and an Master of Social Work from California State University, Fresno.  He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.  He is also licensed with The American Board of Examiners as a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work.  He is a member of the National Academy of Social Work and The American Association of Christian Counselors.

Ron brings a wide variety of experiences to the therapeutic setting.  In addition to being professionally trained in psychotherapy, Ron is also a licensed and ordained minister. Ron and his wife Carol served as missionaries for many years.

Ron has served as a Field Chaplain for The Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement for the State Attorney Generals office.  He has served on a National Gang Task Force.  He has served on the Board of Directors for City, County, State, Private, and Non-Profit agencies.  Ron currently serves as the Head Chaplain for the Fresno County Probation Department Juvenile Division where he supervises over 300 volunteers and 17 Chaplains.

Ron is a member in good standing of a number of professional organizations.  He is active in the community and is an ardent advocate for those in need.  Ron has also received licenses and certification in a number of specialty fields, such as critical incident response, stress management, grief therapy, marriage enrichment, anger management, communications, drug and alcohol addiction, and time management.

Dan Bandy has been a CPA since 1986 and is the President of Bandy & Associates, Accountancy Corporation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs. Dan and his wife Cara have been married for over 30 years, have three children, three grandsons, and are active members of Trinity Southern Baptist Church in Fresno. He is also a board member of the California Baptist Foundation. When not in the office, he can be found participating in any number of competitive sports.

Nancy Finley is co-owner of Fernwood Gardens in Madera Ranchos with her husband John. She is a member of the Agricultural Advisory Board for Madera Liberty High School FFA. Nancy was a "lobbyist" for 4½ years in Sacramento, working side by side with the Farm Bureau to pass her bill on a sales tax exemption for livestock. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and traveling with friends.

Johnny Mendez is the Lead Pastor of Crosspoint Church, Fresno and recently celebrated 10 years of service. He has been married to his lovely bride, Susie, for 22 years, and together they have three children. Pastor Mendez is a Golden Gate Theological Seminary Graduate, an AOD/Recovery Practitioner, as well as a State Certified Conflict-Resolution Specialist.

Dave Peugh has served as Senior Pastor of Cornelia Avenue Southern Baptist Church in Fresno, California since November 2011. He holds multiple degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas and has served in churches in both Texas and California. A native of Amarillo, Texas, Pastor Peugh is married to the love of his life, Debbi. They are blessed with three sons.
